Please note the following guidelines:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of order date.
- Please include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number and the items being returned, plus reason for return. We will not be held responsible for returns that do not include this information.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend all returns be sent with a service that provides tracking and insurance. Retain a copy of your return tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages or packages that are not received back to our returns department.
- Please allow 14 business days from the date return merchandise is received, for your refund to be processed. All refunds are returned to the original form of payment.
- Once a refund has been processed you will receive email notification.
